Our plans
For more than 35 years, we’ve been making Medicare as convenient as we can. We offer a wide variety of Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans, as well as a special needs plan that helps those that qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid.
Medicare Advantage
Sometimes called Part C or MA Plans, HAP has a Medicare Advantage plan for you. These plans bundle your medical and drug coverage together in one plan. These plans offer extra benefits such as dental, vision, hearing, OTC, flex card allowances and more—with premiums starting at $0* per month.
Medicare Supplement
HAP offers six Medicare Supplement plans, also known as Medigap, to meet your unique needs and fill gaps with Original Medicare, such as hospice care and extended hospital stays.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluates plans based on a five-star rating system. Star Ratings are calculated each year and may change.
